All rooms are developed with the help of natural material, roofed by tin covered with sugarcane thatch. The walls also built up with the help of natural wood and sugarcane thatch. It results into maintaining cool climate in summer and warmer in winter. There is n any problem during rainy season too. All rooms are attached with toilet & bathroom. out of 8 rooms 6 are with western toilets & 2 with Indian toilets.
